Barret A. Hagen, PE
Barret A. Hagen PE
President
โœ‰ bhagen@hagen-eng.com ๐ŸŽ“ Auburn University, B.S. Engineering, 2000 (War Eagle!)

Barret started his career in the construction industry working in the family plumbing business in Florida. By 8 years of age he was spending every summer on a plumbing crew โ€” a formative experience that instilled a strong work ethic and an understanding that success is generated by a lot of hard work. After college, he worked in Atlanta for Haines Gipson and Associates, gaining invaluable design experience during the booming retail development era of the early 2000s.

From 2003 to 2010, Barret worked for two companies in the Triad area โ€” an engineering design firm and a design/construction management firm. Observing firsthand how designs are translated into actual construction gave him a unique and practical perspective that other engineers rarely acquire. That experience ultimately led to the founding of Hagen Engineering in 2010. Barret is involved in every project to ensure clients receive the most excellent product the firm can provide.
